The sounds of the rails on the midnight express. Created digitally, these sfx would suit any Multi-Media environment encorporating rail-road transport. They do have more of a darker edge to them though...

Now I dont have much control over what comes out the other end when I run the scripts to generate the audio, allthough most of the time, it does seem to resemble a train of sorts. See what you think!

A Scary subliminal eiry rumbly set of continously growing backdrops, containing whiney dying cries of something to suit a dark video environment or a shoot em up blood thirsty world.
(watch out, they are big, scary, and in stereo. these are continously being up-dated)

ps make sure you listen to these in stereo and on a big system or you will lose the effect. These are low frequency background fillers. L-F-O!

Some meaty compression on a military styled repetative backbeat, to set a nice scape for the acoustic and electric guitar to sit on, along with subtle ghostly singing and a touch of whistling aswell, to give a laid back, going no-where, quite, un-obtrusive vibe.

Now a m8 and I are always jammin to these loops, and there are also other derivatives of these too. Its funny how sometimes, instead of creating something new, all you wanna do is get something old and re-do.

More distant eiry cries of death, darkness, and destruction. Not a huge selection though. If this does rock your boat, you might wanna take a look in the 'Dark Side of the Moon' folder. This was a smaller variation on the Sound-scaping audio that I wanted to record for future reference.

these are heavy compressed, mooged, organic, and pulsating, with an intense feel setting an aggressive mood, but with extreme maturity. Very attention seeking and domineering...

What I like hear is that allthough using the Moog has been done to death, it still sounds a little more original as above. Its sooo difficult using anything thats been hammered and sampled to death in an original way. Crickey, I found that out on Funki Drummer.

Little Hi pitch sfx that could be used on the MTV logo video clips with a very computery and hi-teck feel. Very easy to generate, and Tons to play with here!!!

The other great thing here, is the sfx are all very bright, tight, and make damd good use of stereo, so a definate attention seeker here indeed. And they sound Hi-Tek too!

Aphex Sound Scapes

These samples are all taken from an idea I am working on. They are all varied midi equivalents or the original sampled material running at 130bpm (( I have tons of these scapes available for use )) The idea itself is potentially HUGE!!! and thus the problem I think with concluding it. I imagine this sitting nicely with a TV series, that needs repetative, unique, upbeat, and engergetic audio hooks to compliment their existing audio and video

Now I think one of the ideas below might suit a particular song of mine so watch this space. I have actually jammed to it a few times and the idea might be worth developing. When I get round to it that is!

Ideally, would suit a tv series or doccumentary, where music is required, to impress a mature, quality, unique and individual sound, on a regular basis...

These loops were created from a series of home made samples, and as you can imagine, once loaded up into the Samplers, you can create tons of variations. The foundation here sets a nice happy go lucky kinda RnB mature I'm cool kinda vibe...

And this is all based on an idea I came up with from my Break-Beat Re-Cycling days, when any drum loop i touched ended up being sliced to pieces...

Here, you get to hear the same methods of working, applied to Guitars and Keyboards, aswell as the usual DMX loop work. Wow! I say, its definately paid off, and is something I would love to invest more time in with a full working Band and finnished tracks. Or maybe even an Orchestral Piece. Now that would be good. All those Harmonies to chop n slice...

Quake1 Quad Damage SFX stabs

Synthy stabs from my very own bang y2k song, but felt i had to post these on-line as i would love them to be used in a game as a weapon pick-up sfx. Very similar to Quake1 quad damage pickup sfx.

I created these for a specific song of mine called BANG but as you can imagine i didnt actually need hundreds of them, just a couple. I do tend to produce too many of whatever I am doing. Then you atleast get to pick out what you think are the best of the selection :)

C-key Bass Drops

Miami type Bass Drops floating around C, then drifting down and out. Would definately kick some more ass with a bit of controlled compression...

And if you remember all the fancy bass drops in the Luke Skywalker days, you will have guessed what gave me the idea. That good old Miami bass droooooop!

am/fm Radio noiz

Done specifically for a song a long long time ago, these are examples of your old am radios tuning in and out of stations as you turn the dial. All that radio noiz, squishes and squelks, something you just dont get off the digitals anymore.

Huh! Digital Clipping, now what can you do with that, apart from popping your base bins eh!
